try again." I have done this several times and still nothing, I have tried buying a month code and emailing it to myself but still getting the same message. I called customer service to claim my gift card and they confirmed that my account was active and had a $20 balance.
I just want to listen to my Spotify playlists offline and that was the reason I bought the gift card, which is a shame. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated. the problem is... I would buy any gift card, it's a waste of money. Something you, our love, can never use, I called last week to check my balance, the Boom operator took my information and then cleared the card. I never would have noticed if the internet site wasn't working, this guy probably looks like a scumbag who is going to rip off thousands of people.
I called and reported this to the company but they don't care. I don't think anyone should use this type of card unless they have been arrested for financial card transaction fraud. People who deceive others do not deserve to live. I bought one of their cards and put $500 on it.

Within an hour, someone made a $470 purchase at an Apple store in California and cleared my balance. I reported it right away, but waited 40 minutes to speak to someone and was told nothing could be done because card purchases count as cash. I would never advise anyone to buy with these cards.
Never buy this gift card. This is a scam. The card has no number and is full of scratches. Can't use it to make a purchase and they won't give me a replacement. I hope they are prosecuted for stealing people's money. I bought a defective card that cannot be scanned.
Weeks of fruitless phone calls and emails passed. They are holding $200 of my money. They are not responding to my emails and overseas support is doing their best to delay. I don't know what I have. I would have spent more on a lawyer than they did... I got a vanilla gift card and tried it and it only had 12 numbers instead of 16.
I called more than 15 times and then asked for a fax number. Faxed and 2 weeks later nothing. I am very disappointed with them. I was going to use this for my nieces wedding. I will not open it in the store and will never buy another one.
