We, in our sole discretion, may refuse to sell a card to anyone for any reason. Boiler does not represent or guarantee that your card will always be received or accepted.
The card is provided to you by Boiling Point Group, Inc. It allows you to load one dollar worth of purchases onto your card for future purchases at participating Boiling Point restaurants. The dollar amount you load on your card is a prepayment for Boiling Point restaurant products and services.
No credit cards, lines of credit, savings accounts or savings accounts linked to the card. Except as required by law or agreed to in this Agreement, any balance on your Card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. In California, any gift card with a value of less than $10 can be redeemed for cash.

Most hotel locations allow you to get your card. Some restaurants may not allow you to use the Card for payment. Boiler reserves the right to refuse to accept any Card or to restrict the use of the Card if we reasonably believe that such use is illegal, fraudulent or unlawful.
Verifying Benefits on Your Card; A dollar amount is available. Cards are available in denominations of $25, $50, $75 or $100. You can load dollars onto the Card by visiting any Boiling Point restaurant and online store. No more cards can be transferred. There are no fees and no excess card balance.
The Cooking Center does not charge any fees for issuing, activating or using your card. Your card has no expiry date and is valid until it is used. Receipts and declarations. This website does not provide any specific transaction information related to the Card. You can check your card balance by visiting any Boiling Point restaurant or by going online to the Boiling Point website at www.bpgroupusa.com.
When you use your card at a participating restaurant, you will receive a receipt, upon request, that will detail the remaining account balance for that card. You should save your receipts to ensure your account balance is correct. Billing errors, corrections. We reserve the right to correct your Card account balance if we believe a clerical, billing or accounting error has occurred.

Cruelty/relentlessness. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be illegal, void or unenforceable, then such provision shall be deemed to be enforceable by the terms of this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Our failure to enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce such right or any provision of this Agreement.
Administrative Law. This Agreement shall be governed by, construed in accordance with, and enforced under the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Arbitration rights. Please read this section carefully. It affects the rights you may have. It provides for the resolution of many disputes through arbitration instead of litigation and class actions.
