Arcteryx Gift Card
ARC'TERYX EQUIPMENT (“Arc'teryx”), a division of Amer Sports Canada Inc., offers closed prepaid cards (“Gift Cards”) for purchase. This document contains the full set of terms of use governing your use of the Gift Card. As used below, the term "Standard Gift Card" means a gift card purchased by a customer and the term "Promotional Gift Card" means a gift card given without charge as part of a marketing, sales, reservation or promotional or loyalty program
model. The purchase or use of a Gift Card means that you accept these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are in addition to the Arcteryx.com Website Terms and Conditions. We recommend that you read this document carefully before using the Gift Card. If you have questions or need more information about your Gift Card, you can call us toll-free at the following phone numbers: Gift Cards: Standard gift cards do not have an expiration date.
Promotional Gift Cards may have an expiration date printed on the Promotional Gift Cards, unless prohibited by law. Gift cards do not incur any unused idle fees. Gift cards are not credit, debit or charge cards and have no implied warranties. Arc'teryx accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen gift cards or any unauthorized use of gift cards.
Terms & Conditions
Gift Cards have no value until activated at the time of purchase, and Gift Cards will not be activated until payment is confirmed. Gift cards will be activated upon delivery, and will be active upon receipt by the customer. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, which means that funds cannot be added to Gift Cards after activation.

Once activated, gift cards cannot be resold; resale or attempted resale is grounds for confiscation and cancellation of the Gift Card without compensation. Gift cards should not be confused with product exchange vouchers. Product Exchange Coupons are vouchers issued by Arc'teryx pursuant to its limited warranty, where repair and refund are not available. Additional things you should know: Product exchange vouchers do not incur idle charges due to non-use.
Product exchange vouchers are not credit, debit or payment cards and have no implied warranties. Arc'teryx accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen product exchange coupons or any unauthorized use of product exchange coupons. Product Replacement Vouchers
Arc'teryx's limited warranty governs in the event of a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Limited Warranty. Gift cards are available for purchase on Arcteryx.com, through www.arcteryx.com/giftcards and at participating Arc'teryx brand stores in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Customers cannot receive more than $1,000 in Arc'teryx gift cards in any one day.
Each individual gift card can be purchased in any denomination between $25 and $1,000. Gift Cards can be purchased as plastic cards (in the United States, Canada only and from participating Arc'teryx brand stores in the United Kingdom) or as electronic Gift Cards (in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany and France
. Shipping charges may apply to plastic gift card orders. Visit www.arcteryx.com/giftcards for prices. Electronic gift cards are available for immediate delivery by email, and there are no shipping charges for gift cards sent by email. Arc'teryx is not responsible for gift cards that are undeliverable or not received due to incorrect shipping information, including physical address and email address.

Product Replacement Vouchers
Gift cards cannot be resold. Arc'teryx will not be responsible for any Gift Card purchased or sold through any website that allows the resale of pre-gifted or pre-owned items (eg eBay, Craigslist, etc.) Gift Cards may only be redeemed for purchases at Arc. participating teryx brands operate in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom or by purchasing from Arcteryx.com and shipping to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany and France.
Product Exchange Vouchers can only be redeemed for purchases made at participating Arc'teryx brand stores located in the United States and Canada or purchases made on Arcteryx.com and shipped to the United States or Canada. The price of each transaction paid by you using the gift card or product exchange vouchers will be charged against the balance or value remaining on the gift card or product exchange vouchers.
If the transaction price is greater than the balance or value on the gift card or product exchange voucher, the customer must pay the difference. If the transaction price is less than the balance or value on the gift card or product exchange voucher, the unused portion of the gift card or product exchange voucher will remain until redeemed and reduced
value of the gift card or product exchange voucher to zero. , and then the gift card or product exchange vouchers will be deactivated. If a gift card or product exchange voucher is used for a transaction in another currency, the debit amount will be converted to the currency of the transaction based on the exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
