It is very user-friendly and there are some features in this app which really suits me. What I love most about this app is the ability to see all the SAME options in the app offered in the store, which makes it really easy to find what I want to order.

As any good consumer app should have, it has a wallet where you can manage your credit cards, gift cards and store cards so I can cash out however I want. That in itself is always a plus. And my final favorite is that it tracks all your transactions (provided your Wawa Rewards card is scanned at checkout) so you can see what items you did and didn't earn points for.
The prizes are decent (free stuff, combo offers, and $2 off promotions), and I love seeing the progress bar when I get my next set of prizes. The only suggestion is for apps to include their new Delivery option in the future so I don't have to open another app like DD.
I really enjoyed using this app for the past week. I don't know what changed in 1 week. But I can tell you it was just such a headache that I called customer service and tried to report them to try and get them to look into the matter.

about, I can definitely tell you that this happened because Wawa was having problems not only with the app but also with the payment system using the API to enable the pump function, so what happened, let's say, that I got into a fight. $150 in my bank account, I put $40 in gas on my car, what they did is they allowed $40 plus $150, this is definitely not normal behavior for a permit, when I did a pump permit, they didn't.

sitting in my bank account as the pump plainly told my bank this was a balance so I got $40. Shouldn't have added an extra 150 to my actual balance in my old account so now it left me negative $40 in 24 hours 🙄😤😡 Few complaints about this app and delivery service.
When I want to order delivery, basic snacks like Cheetos, Doritos, etc. are not available, that's what I mean by basic. It's not like they don't have it... Sometimes I decide to go and there are 20 bags on the shelf, they don't stock products to order, which is ridiculous.

When I chose to order delivery through Doordash, they never verified they had your complete order, there were at least 3 times I received a missing item. I have called Wawa 3 times and they refund your money but not the shipping fee. This continues because they do nothing!!
Either the Wawa employees didn't put all your things in a bad place, or the DD driver stole food from your bag... it doesn't matter, they do nothing but say "sorry for the inconvenience and no we don't". refund your delivery fee” I don't care if it's a door lock issue, Wawa billed me and during this process they never mentioned DD as a delivery service until you get a message from DD.
Very disappointing experience, even though it was late I was going to the shop, never to use this service again unless they talk about it first.
