I hope someone can answer your question. But I can say that if you go to the Starbucks inside a Barnes & Noble bookstore, you can't use a Starbucks gift card, but you can use a B&N. Same with Starbucks at Target. So I guess you can use a Disney card but not Starbucks.
Starbucks in the Gardens is not open yet. The closest hotel to the dolphins is when they open you will be able to use a starbucks gift card according to the Dinsey blog, no word yet on Disney gift card acceptance but it wouldn't surprise me if it did.
