I pointed to the orange price tags and she said, "No, it's still next door." I asked why the price had gone up and she literally ignored us. She was rather rude and unprofessional. My family has been coming here for years and have always loved it.
Unfortunately my experience reflects the recent bad reviews. I hope the management will do something about their prices but more importantly their lousy staff. This place has absolutely amazing stuff for incredibly fair prices. If something is expensive, it is very high quality and brand new.

Even moderately used, it is incredibly cheap. The staff are very helpful and the manageress is very helpful and informative! Will be back with my frugal friends as soon as possible the lady at the counter super nice and helpful excellent customer service skills thank you.
