The program has 4 status levels — Enterprise Plus, Enterprise Plus Silver, Enterprise Plus Gold and Enterprise Plus Platinum.
The Enterprise program is revenue-based, so points are earned based on how much you spend and can then be redeemed for free rentals. You'll earn Enterprise Plus points every time you make a qualifying rental, and your earning potential is based on your elite status in the program. Points are worth an average of 5 cents. Remember that you can only earn points on qualifying rentals, which are any rentals completed and paid for at a participating Enterprise location or on the Enterprise website.
Qualifying rentals do not include third-party rentals, such as from websites such as Hotwire or Priceline. Company points aren't the only points you can earn when renting a car. Make sure you're earning rental car program points and credit card points every time you rent a car!

Renting a car with Enterprise is very easy. First, log in with your Enterprise Plus number, then enter your pick-up location, date, pick-up time, rental age, vehicle class and your existing corporate account number or promo code, then click Continue.
The search results are then sorted nicely and easily in descending order, starting with the least expensive options—except for a list that lists the option that Enterprise thinks is the best option. In the sidebar, you can narrow down the options that interest you most by filtering by vehicle type and passenger capacity.
After selecting a vehicle, you will be prompted to add extras to the rental. These extras include insurance and car protection, as well as other equipment such as Sirius XM, GPS or child safety. Once you've selected the extras you want, you'll be taken to a final screen where you can enter your driver's license and flight details, both of which are optional but will help save time on arrival.

Finally, add your payment details to complete your booking. Whether or not you should purchase the insurance options offered by Enterprise depends on the credit cards in your wallet and whether the cards offer primary or secondary coverage. Secondary renters insurance only covers expenses that are not covered by private renters insurance.
Silver Status
This means that if you are involved in an accident in your rental car, you will still need to file a claim with your private insurer and pay the deductible before any secondary coverage kicks in. Basic rental coverage is the opposite—it kicks in before your personal auto insurance, so if you're in an accident, you don't have to notify your personal insurance company and your premiums could go up.
Primary rental car coverage usually covers much more than secondary insurance and is more likely to cover the full value of the car in the event of theft or total loss due to flood or fire. Here are some great card options that offer premium rental car insurance: Enterprise has 7,600 locations in more than 85 countries and territories.
To find a business location, click on Locations from the main menu. To search by address, zip code, city code or airport, enter that information in the search bar and click continue. If you need a local rental and you're searching with a device with geolocation, just click on use my current location.
If you're looking to earn airline miles or hotel points for your car rental, Enterprise offers this option through one of its rental partners. Enterprise CarShare is an automated way to rent a car by the hour, 24/7. Vehicles are parked in the local community and are available to renters 24/7.
