Be sure to set view=None when editing your post (or if you just want to remove a few buttons, create a new view without those buttons and set the view to that).

I've been using this language independent CSS for some time to hide buttons on text fields: it will hide all but the last button (which is the emoji button).
Instead of targeting individual buttons by their area labels, it targets them as child nodes of the button container. If you want to target specific buttons, you can target them with nth-child: to add more buttons to the Discord bar or rearrange them, the numbers here may need to be changed.
As of this writing, 1 giveaway, 2 gifs, 3 stickers, and 4 emojis. Edit March 17, 2022: Recently (I don't update often), Discord changed from buttons-3JBrkn to buttons-uaqb-5 for the button container. Instead of trying to update the new name, I made the references more generic, so this code should continue to work even if the numbers at the end of the class name change again.
It does not work. I tried different css in the comments, but none of them work. My Discord is in English, so that shouldn't be a problem... This code removes the GIFs & Stickers tab from the Emoji menu. No idea if anyone else wants this code but I can also share please don't tell me because my conflict is in French.

As far as I know, there are buttons localized to specific spoken languages depending on the user defined language. Not only does this local variant match the string specified in the English variant, but it must also match what is specified in the quote. So either you use the English variant or you have to manually add the string(s) to match the "block" (in other words, they won't be seen).
