Annie Creek Restaurant And Gift Shop - Don't expect too much when you're in the middle. It's a nice, clean restaurant with a nice fireplace and gift shop. Our lunch consisted of hamburgers and pot roast. The hamburger was good, but others in our group said the pot roast was really good!

Annie Creek Restaurant And Gift Shop

The waiting staff is friendly and helpful. Shopping in the gift shop for Crater Lake souvenirs is fun and rewarding! Food at Crater Lake Lodge isn't cheap, so we decided to check out Annie Creek for breakfast. Motivation and cost savings. We were politely told that the breakfast portions were quite large ("Beware"), which was no exaggeration.

My husband and I shared the pancake and egg breakfast, which was two large pancakes, 3 eggs and 3 slices of bacon. The pancakes were the biggest we've ever seen. The coffee is excellent and constantly refilled. Sharing breakfast is a lot of food and savings for us, not to be hated.

Appreciate the friendly service and menu alert. Even though we lost the dinner order (we waited too long), the dinners were all amazing! The "veggie stack", lasagna, pot roast and cheese pizza are all delicious. The next morning, we were a bit stunned again by the deliciousness of the food!

Eating And Shopping

Friendly wait staff and really good chefs. I liked this place. We ate here twice for dinner. The first night we got a family size sausage pizza. That's right @ $16.50. The crust looks industrial. The waitress was nice but seemed to forget us after we got the food.

He never asked about dessert. He told us it was their first real busy night since he started working there. The second dinner, we were quickly seated, but were told that they were not on the menu. Finally we thought of something to share. We chose the soup and salad bar.

In fact, it's the best deal in the entire park! For $10.95 you get all you can eat -- 2 soups (chamber and barley vegetables), fresh salad greens, various toppings and dressings, pasta salad, cheese, fruit, potato salad, you get the idea. Cornbread and tortilla chips are also available.

The waitress brought the plates and told us that the soup cups were at the bar and said she would bring one if we needed another plate. He didn't come back until we were ready to check out. That time I said I wanted dessert but asked it to go and she obliged.

Rim Village Café & Gifts

I don't like this place. Very poor service. The waitresses were very nice, but not great. The food is, well, edible. If I were to go back, I would choose the soup and salad bar over the pricier sandwiches at the Rim Cafe or the lodge restaurant.

Maybe it will get better in the season. Thank you for taking the time to review Annie's Creek Restaurant. We're constantly striving to improve, and feedback like yours helps us do so. Your comment about "good but not good" made me happy because good manners and good behavior are things that I can't teach.

It is very early for us and we are working to ensure that all our staff are trained and ready for the arrival of guests; Our remote location, limited time and interesting living conditions can make it challenging at times. These are the challenges we face each season with open heart and strive to not only train our guests, but also provide excellent service to all who join us.

I apologize for the service and I assure you that our staff will be up to speed quickly. Our prices are determined by the National Park Service, which conducts comparative studies to determine a fair market price for us to charge. We recognize that they are above average and always strive to ensure that we offer good value for money.

I'm sorry your pizza was disappointing and I hope the manager will compensate you when this is brought to their attention as we are all trained. Thank you again for your feedback, we look forward to your next visit and exceeding your expectations Timothy Mahoney Assistant General Manager Santera Parks and Resorts Crater Lake I ate here five nights in a row (mostly because I was tent camping and had no

I can eat something else. ). I hate to sound like a jerk, but unless you're really hungry and craving, it's best to avoid this place. The food was just... blah. Pulled pork sandwiches are full of fat. Chicken flash-frozen is the most common type.

The intensity of the teriyaki sauce they put on the chicken was almost atomic. The fries are the frozen crinkle-cut variety. Soup and salad bars are on the rise. The ice cream is not hard ice cream, but some weird soft serve. All this for twice what you would pay at your local restaurant.

I understand that food in national parks is expensive, but this was probably the worst food I've ever had in a nat'l park or otherwise. Thank you for taking the time to review The Restaurant at Annie Creek. We are always eager to improve and appreciate your feedback.

Annie Creek Restaurant And Gift Shop

The restaurant at Annie Creek has changed several times since it opened in 2006. The original concept was for a pizza place but the concept was found to be too limited. It's been a buffet for years, but it's hard to maintain the quality of the food.

The concept was last year transformed into a casual family dining establishment with table service. This change resulted in better reviews for the restaurant in our internal and external guest feedback system. This year, managers refined the concept and made it even better with a major kitchen retrofit and expanded service area.

We understand that we are on the right track but there is still work to be done. We have worked with our suppliers to add a variety of locally sourced products to our menu. Our remote location can sometimes make this a challenge, but it is something we are committed to.

This year, we have added many gluten-free and vegetarian dishes in an effort to appeal to a wider range of people. With over 500,000 visitors to the park each year from all over the world, it can sometimes be difficult to please everyone, but that doesn't stop us from trying.
