Z Gallerie is not responsible for missing packages. We recommend that items be returned via tracked postal service or with postal insurance. Furniture cannot be returned to any Z Gallery store. To arrange a return or exchange of delivered furniture, please call 424.999.4626. Charged furniture can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt and a 25% restocking fee will be charged on all furniture returns.

Shipping charges and oversized charges are non-refundable. Complete the required information on the return/exchange form found on the back of the original packaging receipt. Pack and seal your return securely in the original packaging if possible.
