With $30 credit remaining, the website still asks for credit card information to cover the $18 shipping fee. While the system is not illegal and the online store sells real products, investigations show that the company makes money by paying off loans, but a lot of money for shipping that isn't covered by gift cards won't. The findings are consistent with complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau about consumers being overcharged.
