I haven't reviewed apps before, but after my first use of Jamba I really want to! As a vegan, I'm very happy that they have "dietary restrictions" that you can tick off when making yours! It makes ordering easier. :-) The whole look of the app is smooth and sleek, and everything is what you want.

😌 I like the concept and look and feel of the app, but I'm having the same problem as others have pointed out. Here are three things that happened to me in the first two weeks of using the app. 1. The order was confusing because the specifications were not sent to the Jamba Juice team.
I have tried three times in two different places and not once have they followed the specific instructions and told it not to happen at the end of them.2. I still have to wait for my order. There was no other pickup line for online ordering, so I had to wait in line.
Even once my application does not start.3. There is no way to cancel the order. Thought I sent the wrong order and called the place immediately. They said they would cancel the order and it has not started. Two weeks later, still no refund even after following up with them.

They said they have no way to return the money, but we are happy to cancel the order. Celebrate them. See if any of these problems can be solved. I went to Jamba Juice not knowing they don't accept cash payments. So I gave up hope until I saw their app announced on the bulletin board.
