Walmart’s Holiday Return Policy

Electronics are an exception to Walmart's standard return policy. Buyers must return their electronic business within 30 days of the purchase date to receive a refund, and you must have your receipt. These include, but are not limited to: Prepaid mobile phones and most postpaid mobile phones have a shorter return period than other electronics - they must be returned within 14 days for a refund or exchange.
Some other items have return conditions that differ from both the standard and electronic return policies. In particular, hearing aids and glasses or contacts must be returned within 60 days with receipt for exchange or refund. You can return many items to Walmart without a receipt, but it is subject to a verification process.
If you don't have the receipt, Walmart may be able to look up the transaction if you have the debit card, credit card, email or phone number associated with the purchase. If Walmart can't look up your transaction, you can only make an exchange, get a cash refund if the value is less than $10, or get a Walmart gift card if the cashback value is at least $10.
