Do not use this company. I have taken £30 from my account for an invalid delivery voucher. I tried to contact you but was unsuccessful. Something completely different. 0 stars. Bad experience after buying a $3600 Airbnb gift card online. They cannot be redeemed from the moment of receipt by email.

Another 2 weeks of communication so far no response. The launch gift card has no phone call at all. It's just a machine that generated an automatic response. Airbnb Customer service representatives were friendly, but not helpful with a solution. Starting a gift card is hassle-free with charging our credit card.

I highly recommend purchasing gift cards in person. A gift card launch reminds me of a company on a path to failure. I was very excited when I started Gift Card Promotion after being referred by a fellow Silicon Valley company. Lauren, who runs their Sales Dev (I think?) was no slouch and blew my mind twice.

Then I realized there was a typo in the email address so it didn't reach the recipient. Since it costs £250, I understand that I want to finish it as soon as possible. No reply to email after 2 weeks. Airbnb will not help, just refer you to this useless company.

When I emailed them, they refused to accept responsibility and kept blaming the CC company. They refused to provide a phone number. I am worried that they now have my cc details. As a person, I tried to buy an Uber Eats gift card. I tried to make 2 orders. My first order went through fine but the second order kept crashing.

I have tried different credit cards, different browsers, different computers, different wifi networks etc and nothing will work. I tried to contact Launch Gift Cards and it took 2 days and 3 emails for them to respond. When they finally responded to the email it was very typical, they didn't say anything about my email and ended up saying 'If this doesn't work, sorry we can't help you'.

If you are going to send an email template, at least take less than 48 hours and 3 emails to do it! Do not use this service. Like everyone else, half the cards changed and half didn't waste much time chasing them until there was no satisfactory response.

Every reply I got from them indicated that the recipient's email was still incorrect. It was my mistake at first (I typed gnail instead of Gmail), but it's a small fix they can't make. There is no customer service phone support through their application or website.
