Do not use this company. I have taken £30 from my account for an invalid delivery voucher. I tried to contact you but was unsuccessful. Something completely different. 0 stars. Bad experience after buying a $3600 Airbnb gift card online. They cannot be redeemed from the moment of receipt by email.
Another 2 weeks of communication so far no response. The launch gift card has no phone call at all. It's just a machine that generated an automatic response. Airbnb Customer service representatives were friendly, but not helpful with a solution. Starting a gift card is hassle-free with charging our credit card.
I highly recommend purchasing gift cards in person. A gift card launch reminds me of a company on a path to failure. I was very excited when I started Gift Card Promotion after being referred by a fellow Silicon Valley company. Lauren, who runs their Sales Dev (I think?) was no slouch and blew my mind twice.
I'm still waiting for the partnership documents, I guess? It's been a few months since our last phone call. Maybe they are not hungry for business, in practice it seems like a nightmare. My contacts seem to have less than ideal experience and are already behind the contract.
As others have said - if I could say this is zero I would. Very scary. I tried to buy an Airbnb voucher on the Airbnb app and my order went down despite using SEVEN different cards, business and personal. No explanation was given. After you try, orders will be placed after you try the phone instead of the laptop.
Then I realized there was a typo in the email address so it didn't reach the recipient. Since it costs £250, I understand that I want to finish it as soon as possible. No reply to email after 2 weeks. Airbnb will not help, just refer you to this useless company.

Hello, Thank you for contacting Launch Gift Cards. Our support logs show that you contacted our support team on February 10th. Our team responded asking for more information about your order, because the email used to contact support is different from the one used to make the purchase.
Our team did not receive a response to a request for more information and the ticket was reserved. On February 21, support received a follow-up request. Our team updates the recipient's email address as requested, and sends the gift card to the email address provided.

When I emailed them, they refused to accept responsibility and kept blaming the CC company. They refused to provide a phone number. I am worried that they now have my cc details. As a person, I tried to buy an Uber Eats gift card. I tried to make 2 orders. My first order went through fine but the second order kept crashing.
I have tried different credit cards, different browsers, different computers, different wifi networks etc and nothing will work. I tried to contact Launch Gift Cards and it took 2 days and 3 emails for them to respond. When they finally responded to the email it was very typical, they didn't say anything about my email and ended up saying 'If this doesn't work, sorry we can't help you'.
If you are going to send an email template, at least take less than 48 hours and 3 emails to do it! Do not use this service. Like everyone else, half the cards changed and half didn't waste much time chasing them until there was no satisfactory response.
If you enter the link and do not redeem it, you will not be able to access it again, so your voucher is no longer valid. Bad service - I have ordered several gift vouchers from different exchanges for my company's employees. They refused to send me a proper business invoice (Required for my company's finance department).
I have sent about five emails trying to get the invoice version, it's frustrating. It cannot be reused. AGIAN and IT'S CRAP!! I even went to uber thinking I was going to see them to advoid this crap iam so freaken upset 3 hours still waiting for my card what's the damn point ask do you like it now?????
you didn't send it when you thought it would but you took money out of my account and within seconds> THIS IS A SCAM>>>>> I will contact the BBB and the attorney general to look into it this company. valid email addresses for gift card recipients via the Uber app, Uber email, their Facebook page and the Launch Gift Card email.
Every reply I got from them indicated that the recipient's email was still incorrect. It was my mistake at first (I typed gnail instead of Gmail), but it's a small fix they can't make. There is no customer service phone support through their application or website.
