The Paper Store Gift Card Balance

When our system receives your order and it is transferred to our warehouse, at this point we cannot make changes to the order. However, if we are promptly notified of a requested change and can receive your order, we may be able to cancel the order so that you can place a new order with your desired changes.
Our shipping team processes orders quickly, so be sure to contact our customer service immediately if you need to exchange or cancel an order. While we try to process all orders as quickly as possible, please be aware that our standard turnaround time for rare items, special orders is three business days, plus shipping time.

Standard print and embosser orders follow their own production times as described on the print terms and conditions page or the print product print page. To return items that are not open and resalable, return the items you are returning and include your icons attached to the items you are returning.

We consider using FedEx and, depending on the weight and destination of the package, FedEx may partner with the United States Postal Service for delivery. Please keep this in mind when providing your shipping address. Also, a signature will be required at the time of submission, so please use a mailing address that has one when submitting today (for example, a work address).
When you check out, you have the option to add a flat shipping ticket if you have purchased a good ticket. This is a good idea to ensure that your documents are well protected during transit. If you have not ordered a shipping folder, your documents will be rolled up in the package and inserted into your package.
Can I Receive Updates About Paper Source?

We recommend a small print test before trying to print the final results of the product to help you get the best results. Please note that due to the finish on its surface we do not recommend printing on Shimmer and Stardream cards.

Our entire line of cardboard, envelopes and paper is produced without the element chlorine (PCF), from factories that practice sustainable forestry as certified by third parties. The transition is almost complete to make our entire line of solid colors with recycled materials that contain at least 30% PCW (consumer waste).
We also donate, reuse and recycle all our packaging. Many of our Paper Source products are built using renewable energy sources, such as electricity or wind. Our Eco-White recycled paper made with 100% recycled content and 30% PCW is the basis for our PS print sets, wrapping paper and gift bags.
Our printers are active in reducing their organic compound (VOC) emissions and recycling their waste ink. Most of our books and stationery are handmade from renewable materials, usually cotton or leather fibers.
