Read more... Foodtech giant Swiggy has charged its users a 'platform fee' of ₹2 per order, irrespective of the basket value. Swiggy has introduced the platform fee in Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Chennai. It has not been announced when it will introduce the charges in other major cities.
