Paul is talking about the time he anointed Timothy. Therefore, God's gift is Timothy's spiritual gift to lead the church. We all have gifts. There is no reason to be jealous of anyone. I pray that God will help you to awaken the gift that is within you.

There are spiritual gifts and there are natural gifts. When I think of spiritual gifts, I think of these verses: Romans 12:6-8, 1 Corinthians 12:8-10, and 1 Romans 12 tells us that we are many members of one body. Scripture tells us that we do not have the same responsibility.
The gifts mentioned in this chapter are prophecy, service, teaching, encouragement, giving, guidance, and love. A prophet is a person who announces what God says. Service is great. It can be inside the church or outside the church. If you are doing any work, it is a service.
Teaching can be in the church, outside the church, or in the classroom. Other teachers from the class were invited to teach. Ecclesiastes is the gift of good counsel based on the Scriptures. It is also the ability to encourage or warn someone. Leadership is a gift.
Some people just get people to follow them. He may not have a church, but he has influence. I believe that he is leading in a good way. Kindness is a gift. Have you ever seen people being bullied for nothing? This is a gift.
