Steps Gift Neon White
The game's many gifts require you to approach the levels in a slightly different way. Don't use discard abilities when you can avoid them, and ignore enemies you don't need to deal with directly. You'll often have to go back after picking up some soul cards to do a long jump or tricky drop, but we've covered all of that below.
I've marked each gift recipient next to the level, in case you want to level up a specific character in the game. You need 2 Elevate and 1 Purify for this, so you have to kill both yellow ghosts at the beginning of the level.
Climb onto the roof to the left of the first yellow monster and use Purify and Elevate to get prizes. You only need one divinity to do this, just follow the raised wall until you reach the platform at the same height as the prize.
Neon White Mission 2 Killer Inside Gift Locations
Use Godspeed to cross from there. It requires a height and a divinity. Eliminate the enemies until you reach the second blue monster, use Elevate where you stood, then use the Godspeed card to reach the prize. You can find this prize at the end of the lower level of one of the stages.

Drop down from both ledges, use Elevate and 2 Godspeeds to reach the prize. It might be tricky, but it's what you need. This can easily be missed. All you have to do is follow the first blue monster, jump onto the ledge, and use the two Godspeed cards to reach the present.
You'll need 2 elevators and 1 godspeed to get the prize, but you'll need 3 elevators in total, so don't pick one from the vending machine and use one you don't need. Put your faith in the curve to the left of the finish line, follow the curve until it's parallel to the prize, then use the two elevators and the Godspeed card to reach the prize.
All you have to do here is board the balloon and return and send Godspeed as a gift. Another balloon-based balloon should see a prize, then jump on the first two balloons and land where the prize is and collect it. Pick up the Godspeed card below where you first saw the prize, then use it to bridge the gap to claim your reward.
Mission 2 Level 3 Gift: Red
It's a bit tricky. Requires 3 Godspeeds and 2 Elevates. To get the Elevate Card, defeat all the yellow ghosts until you reach the vending machine and get all the cards from it. Return to the platform behind the red wall at the start and use the three Godspeeds and the Elevate to enter the prize building.
Use only one elevator to go up the stairs to get the prize. It covers all the prize locations and how to get them in Neon White Mission 2. Balloon-based ones are self-explanatory and easy to do, but some others require a bit of clever thinking.

Mission 2 Level 5 Gift: Yellow
You'll find the first prize in Mission 8, right after the rocket bounces halfway between the two glass planes. But if you're not looking, you can speed past it, so look up and you'll see what's behind the metal bars. Use your newly found Dominion Spirit card to bounce the rocket off the wall to reach the prize above.
We know there may be 4 or 5 blasts. These gifts are primarily skill-based, but you must obtain two Dominion Spirit cards in a certain way. To do this, don't use the zipline discard feature after the first balloon ghost, then use your rocket to jump to the next card.
I found two to be enough. Then turn around and jump towards the tower and use one of your cards to zipline to the tower on the left. After using Dominion's discard, quickly go to the prize tower and rocket jump until there is only one rocket left in the ammo cache.

If you have a rocket left, take the zipline to the top floor and claim your well-earned prize. You'll need at least two Dominion Soul cards to get this gift, but due to the flexibility of the Rocket Jump mechanic, this can be done in a number of ways.
Mission 2 Level 7 Gift: Raz
However, the easiest and simplest way to complete this challenge is to focus on the last floating block before completing the checkpoint. After ziplining under it, immediately turn around and float until you zipline to the gift in the crevasse behind you. Obtaining this gift is one of the most perplexing puzzles.
It's hidden behind glass and is a bit hard to find, but getting there requires a combination of clever rocket jumping and ammo defense. The first thing you need to do is protect your cards so you can get ammo without using the zipline function in the first level gap.
Move through the levels until you reach the first yellow monster, then start detouring. Instead of going forward towards the blue devil, Rocket Jump jumps to the roof behind you. From there, go to the hole on the left and use the Dominion's default fire to climb up the three waterfalls.
On the other side of the top of the waterfall you'll find a gift for Violet. Hope she appreciates your hard work here. This neon white gift spot is hard to find unless you're lucky enough to stand out. The main reason is that it is really far away and comes with huge challenges.
