and they will deliver a package until you pay and say that it can't; This is a scam. Delete the email and under no circumstances pay online. You will never see the package or your money that they think they can deliver. [[ Come on guys.
We should all know who/what we ordered. A quick check of your bank, Amazon, eBay, etc. accounts will immediately remind you if you haven't. If you want to pay postage, the Post Office will put a card in your letterbox with a reference number, never an email.

I received a credible email from Royal Mail saying that they had failed to deliver a parcel from Smart Gift Solutions and that they had to pay for re-delivery. I didn't order anything. Checked the store's website and rang and got a recorded voice that sounded like someone calling to inquire about their products.
Strange. Same scam email from Royal Mail. This is the best I have received as it has all the right information and looks like a Royal Mail email. No wonder a significant number of people get it wrong. If Smart Gifts was a real company I feel sorry for them because they would feel the brunt of this, or shame on the scammers.

My friend often sends me surprise gifts that need to be checked to make sure they are not real. The fake email looks like a Royal Mail delivery. Complete scam please don't fall for it; Your package from Smart Gift Solutions could not be delivered on 24 February 2023.

I got an email from Royal Mail saying they couldn't deliver a package from Smart Gift Solutions, please reschedule but I didn't order anything and I was at home all day. Too convincing not to click on any links. I also received this scam email.
It looks pretty legit - except for the odd bunch of letters in the email address and the fact that it went to my spam folder. I almost lost a few parcels but those red flags were enough for me to track them via my account with Royal Mail instead of email.
What a waste of time and what is being done to stop all these scams? I received the same scam email - twice in 2 days. The email address even has 'Royal Mail' in its domain. Tried copying the tracking number into spoken text and pasting it onto the official Royal Mail website.

It didn't recognize the number. It is not good for business and is easy to confuse with the real thing. Sent to Royal Mail scam and government scam addresses. Corruption!!! Received an email from Royal Mail that looks like a very Light email asking me to pay for an item to be re-delivered.

As I had never heard of Royal Mail doing this, I checked the Smart Gift Solutions website to make sure I hadn't ordered something. Definitely haven't seen all the reviews saying it's a scam then. It just happened to me. I thought it was a scam but it looks so real!!!
I also divorced my husband so thought a friend would send me something to cheer me up. The phone number is not working, it was an alarm bell, you are the first to review it and give it 4 stars!! God they are getting smarter 😡😡😡 Fake email from this company asking to pay for a delivery.
Sounds like a Royal Mail delivery but I've never ordered anything from them. Complete scam please don't fall for it, also received a scam email "Your package from Smart Gift Solution could not be delivered on 29 October 2022. You need to make payment to deliver your package".
I have never ordered from Smart Gift Solutions before so this is definitely a scam. Thanks to all the other reviewers for the heads up! Email that looks legit but strange email that surprises me, I have lost packages but don't remember buying from Smart Gift Solutions so googled them and came up with a scam that doesn't surprise me.
