Please submit your order at least the evening before the order date. YOU MUST CHECK IN THE OFFICE BY 8 AM ON THE DAY OF THE ORDER TO PROCESS THE ORDER. What is the prize? $200.00 of the tuition loan is directed toward the family's next school year.

Family Referral Guidelines & Conditions
4. New students must be registered for at least three months in order for the referring family to receive the award. Is there a limit? 1. There is no limit to the number of students that can be referred by the SMS family, but the student credit can only be applied once in the following school year.

If the referring family has paid tuition and fees in full, a student loan will be awarded by the accounting department for the referral. When/how will rewards be paid? SMS families will receive a credit award and/or Scrip gift card toward the tuition fee for each new student who enrolls and pays all enrollment and registration fees.
The award will be given to the applicant's family in May of the academic year in which the new student is enrolled. How do I recommend it to the family? New family registrations must indicate the referring family on the Application or Referral form. As you read this, you may want to ask yourself a few questions.
Is there a new family moving into your area or attending your church or playing bridge or golf together? Are you a real estate agent? Do you have a new employee at your workplace? Have you attended a party where people are excited about the new school for their kids?

Great for non-techie parents, our free Internet safety event covers apps kids use every day, device settings, and more. If you haven't tried the script yet, it can add an extra dimension to your fundraising. But it also requires some additional financial controls and an organized system to manage it.
Scrip fundraising relies on the resale of gift cards or gift certificates. The word Script is defined in Webster as "a printed document that entitles its bearer to something of a certain value". In fundraising programs, PTO customers purchase full-value gift cards, often choosing from a long list of merchants.
Paperless Transactions
The main group, in turn, buy gift cards ordered from discount brokers. Due to the volume of all manuscripts purchased, brokers are able and willing to sell gift cards to the PTO at a discount. The main group keeps as profit the difference between the money it collects from its clients and the PTO money paid to the broker.
Each seller has his own percentage of profit, which usually ranges from 2 percent to 13 percent or more. Scrip can be a win-win fundraising event as customers receive the full face value of their purchase and the PTO receives a profit. The script's full potential is realized when your parents continue to regularly purchase cards for personal use.
While your PTO can make a few hundred dollars by offering a one-time script sale to give as a holiday gift, you can earn a lot more if you stick with the year-round program. Many tuition-based schools use scripts to give parents discounted tuition fees.

These schools usually sell manuscripts on a weekly cycle throughout the year. In this case, part of the profit is directly reflected in the student's tuition fee, which creates a large engagement and a large sales volume. A portion of the profits also usually go into the school's general fund.
Paperless Transactions
Even if your school is tuition-free, scripts can provide a steady stream of income. In fact, since some brokers only sell to federally registered nonprofits, Scrip may eventually be reason enough to apply for 501(c)(3) status. (In most cases, however, it is enough to show that your group operates as a nonprofit.) As rewarding as the scenario is, the program has unique features that will make a conscientious PTO treasurer shudder.
However, by implementing some financial controls, the fast and continuous flow of money in the manuscript program can be maintained and monitored so that the PTO treasurer can sleep soundly. One way scrip brokers can control their costs so they can offer these discounts is to operate in a paperless environment.
Obviously, gift cards and gift certificates are real, but ordering the card and paying the card company is often paperless. To ensure that these electronic transactions are recorded correctly, you and the writing coordinator must rely on some old paper control forms. If you have a large Aksara program, you should also have a separate bank account just for Aksara funds.
The first step in the promissory note cycle is to collect orders and payments from your customers. If your script coordinator takes more than a few orders, it's helpful to start by recording them in the order control log. This form is a simple ledger page that provides a convenient place to list orders, amounts paid, and amounts paid by each customer.
