Primary Cardmembers can also earn Points to spend with their Additional Cardmembers, but Additional Cardmembers will not be able to use Points unless the Primary Cardmember allows them to do so.
If you are an Additional Card Member and the Basic Card Member allows you to use Points, you can use Points at saks.com. To find out if you are authorized to use points, please contact your primary cardmember. If your card was recently activated for points, it may take a few days before you can use points at saks.com.

If more than 4 business days have passed after your transaction was processed and the transaction does not appear on your Membership Rewards Summary page, please contact Membership Rewards Program Customer Service at 1-800-297-3276. If there is an error in processing your point redemption, your eligible card will be charged and the corresponding credit will not be issued to the appropriate card account for your transaction.
In the event, if you wish to use points for your transaction, please call Membership Rewards Program Customer Service at 1-800-297-3276 for assistance. If you use points for all or part of your purchases, your card statement will show a statement balance for the total charges for your purchases and the dollar amount spent on points, and your membership rewards account points deduction.
Please allow 2 to 4 business days for changes to be reflected in both fields If the balance is processed after your card statement due date, it will appear on your next statement. If saks.com does not immediately charge your card for your purchase, a credit for the dollar amount spent on Points may appear on the previous billing statement instead of the billing statement with payment for your purchase.
