Click here to view eligible cards. If the Card is eligible and enrolled in the Membership Rewards program, all Basic Card members are authorized to earn and use Saks.com Membership Rewards points. Primary Cardmembers can also earn Points for spending by their Additional Cardmembers, but Additional Cardmembers cannot use Points unless the Primary Cardmember allows them to do so.
If you are a supplementary card member and a primary card member allows you to use points, you can use saks.com points. To find out if you are authorized to use points, please check with your primary card member. If your card has recently been activated to use points, it may take a few days before you can use saks.com points.
I am a Primary Card Member (Primary Cardholder) and would like to change the authorization status of my Supplementary Card Member to redeem Membership Rewards Points. How do I do that? After you create a new saks.com account and enter your eligible card information at checkout, you will automatically be shown your available point balance and associated dollar value for use on saks.com. Enter the dollar amount you'd like to receive a statement credit for and click Apply.

Redeeming Rewards
saks.com. How can I remove the option that buys me? If I change and want to use the points in the future, can I do so? You will only be given the option to use Membership Rewards Points if: Yes. During the checkout process, you will see your available points balance and the associated dollar value to use for your purchase.
You can choose to use points for all your purchases (provided you have enough) or just a portion of your purchases - it's up to you! If you cancel your purchase and you have already used points for that purchase, saks.com will refund the dollar amount of the purchase to the American Express card you used.

Please allow 2 to 4 business days for the refund to post to your online statement. If you would like Membership Rewards points returned to your account, please contact Membership Care Customer Rewards at 1-800-297-3276. The Membership Rewards point balance displayed on saks.com reflects information that does not include your most recent points redemption.
If you have recently redeemed points, please allow 2 to 4 business days for the change in your points balance to be reflected on the Membership Rewards Summary page. You can review points activity and view your point balance by logging into your Membership Rewards program summary page on membershiprewards.com and viewing the Activity Details tab.
Redeeming Rewards
Your transaction should appear on the Membership Rewards Summary page within 2 to 4 business days of your purchase. If more than 4 business days have passed since your transaction occurred and the transaction does not appear on your Membership Rewards summary page, please contact Customer Care Rewards Membership at 1-800-297-3276.
If there is a processing error with your choice to use Points, your Eligible Card will be charged and the corresponding credit will not be issued to the Eligible Card Account for your transaction. In this case, if you would like to use points for your transactions, please call the Membership Rewards Program customer service at 1-800-297-3276 for assistance.
If you use points for all or part of your purchases, your card statement will show a charge for the total amount of your purchase and a statement credit for the dollar amount used in points, and your Membership Rewards account will show a points deduction.

Please allow 2 to 4 business days for changes to be reflected in both locations. If the credit is processed after the due date of your card statement, it will appear on your next statement. If saks.com does not charge your card directly for your purchase, a credit for the dollar amount used in points may appear on your billing statement earlier than the billing statement containing the price of your purchase.
