Been coming here for years and the bits have gotten worse….used to be friendly service- not anymore….efficient- very slow these days… salad used to be done- now missing a lot of ingredients….and they always are seems to lack ice or something…..drinks have 1…ice cube and you have to beg for a moor…..always…a place to show local people they are modern…..but embracing american capitalism
Doesn't really do that..... Another 10 days later in Pulau Village where we are in Banda Aceh. It's not your typical Pizza Hut but the salads are really fresh and there's a wide variety of food to order. The staff were very nice...well dressed and friendly and the restaurant was very clean and well appointed.
I had meatballs with a really flavorful mushroom sauce on a bed of rice. It was great and I had a nice coffee mocha to drink. Overall a good dining experience. Don't expect more than your typical PH pizza! The right ingredients aren't in the kitchen or available, and I'm talking about cheese and meat.

However, these people also try to listen. All their staff are well dressed and the place is clean; What you won't find... Like everywhere else on the planet are most restos like Pizza Hut. American style pizza and menu similar to all Pizza Hut restaurants.

We came here for a change from all the Indo food. Chess sticks are awesome. The pizza is not world class but good...for an international restaurant chain. Also I'm French and regularly go to Pizza Hut in Banda Aceh with my Indonesian wife: European food with real taste to find a very large selection (not just the name).
Best place in Banda Aceh. Price is a bit... Spicy (local taste) More We actually found this Pizza Hut for our kids and during our stay in Joli in 2011 found the people there very helpful but slow service. Kids loved it because kids love "European" foods like pizza.
There are many options from small to medium and...large, but this is not for us. Away from the crowds, mostly locals, no westerners, it was a pleasure to eat European food when we visited, delicious and pelanon prime for many visitors from around the world this restaurant food deal put together to reach your table in 10 to 20 minutes , and ready to eat... with delicious taste.

Everyone is messingly satisfied with the wash, very amazing and highly recommended, staff friendly and outstanding, clean area good for couples and families, first you will be overwhelmed by the courtesy of the staff, but after they take your order you will be overwhelmed by their service management.

That massive disaster forced people to work together, build better, and end a long history of local conflict that has not generated economic growth in Aceh. After the tsunami, Aceh is now open to the international world.... If you are craving for pizza in Banda Aceh, this is one of the best options for you.
There are also upscale cafes and Italian restaurants, but Pizza Hut is more affordable and the space/interior is more sophisticated than Pizza Hut in the US. Pizza Hut in Banda Aceh is an excellent example of how American franchisees do not supervise their foreign restaurants.
Pizza Hut's pizzas are unmatched in quality and taste. It's been awful lately. The dough is like bread, it's undercooked,...not enough cheese and not enough toppings. It is clear that the cooking staff is not trained. This training is absolutely necessary as pizza is clearly not an Indonesian food.

Due to the depreciation of the dollar against the rupee, this restaurant is more expensive than American Pizza Hut for similar food. I only recommend this restaurant to those who need it. There are no other Ouija locations in Banda Aceh. I recommend lasagna or fusilli instead of pizza.
