Primary Children's Hospital Gift Shop - Walgreens Pharmacy, located on the first floor of the hospital, is staffed by trained pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to serve patients, families and staff. Services the pharmacies provide include: Pediatricians can e-prescribe at hospital Walgreens, so families can pick up patients' prescriptions upon discharge, so families don't have to travel extra and get home faster.

Primary Children's Hospital Gift Shop
The dispensary stocks toiletries, cards, toys, special equipment (like a breast pump through a unique partnership with a local breastfeeding specialist), healthy snacks and drinks. To ship items to loved ones (flowers, balloons, gift baskets, etc.), you must purchase them through an external carrier. Buyer must indicate patient's name and room number on item to ensure delivery.
Children's National Hospital is a latex-free environment, so balloons and other items must be latex-free. Cards for patients can be mailed to the National Children's Hospital main address and should include the patient's name and room number. The Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine is available to all eligible individuals.
The pharmacy does 40 injections per day on weekdays and 20 per day on weekends. Reservations can be made here. To speak with a pharmacist or pharmacy technician, call 202-986-1467. The United Gift Shop is run by volunteers from The Children's Hospital Association (CHA). Our store is a bright and cheerful place filled with gifts for children in hospitals, newborns and all other occasions.
Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm Saturday & Sunday: Noon - 3:45 pm (Times may vary. Call ahead to confirm.) Delivery available from United and Children's St. It is done in the hospital at St. Paul's Hospital. Monday - Friday and orders placed before 2:30pm get free same day delivery on Saturday and Sunday.

Gifts ordered by 3pm are usually delivered the same day, except for medical restrictions the patient may have. We are proud to have been selected in all 10 pediatric specialties in the last 5 years. Children's Health is the first children's health system in the country to offer Amazon Lockers, self-service kiosks.

Covid-19 Vaccine At The Walgreens Pharmacy
Extended family members, friends and church members can place gift shop orders over the phone. Our staff can help you choose the perfect gift for your child for personal shopping. When the order is ready, the staff delivers it to the patient's room. All proceeds benefit Children's Health through Women's Aid in Dallas.
Children's Medical Center Dallas is the first children's hospital in the United States to offer Amazon Lockers, secure, self-service kiosks that allow patients' families to receive Amazon.com deliveries 24 hours a day, 7 days a week without leaving campus. Lockers are conveniently located downstairs in the hospital next to the cafeteria in the dining car.
