I tried to sign up during the Paramount+ promotion (25% annual discount). When I signed up they showed me the promotional rate ($74.99 instead of $99.99) and then charged me for the $99.99 gift card. When requesting a refund, they say, "Unfortunately, in accordance with the gift card terms and conditions (viacomcbs.legal/us/en/pplus/sub-terms), we are unable to issue refunds for full or partial gift card balances."
