Overwatch 2 Gift Received - Lifeweaver just got some great perks and a new default control system. The first Overwatch 2 Season 4 post-launch patch is here, and as promised, it brings some big changes to Lifeweaver. Some of his abilities get better, while his new default control system seems a lot easier to use.

Also, the community-made map Talantis is now playable. You can try out the non-canon control map in Arcade until May 8th. There are also some bug fixes and other optimizations in Lifeweaver. It looks like you can't use Life Grip to knock back teammates using Symmetra's teleporters or certain latter.
Here are Blizzard's full Overwatch 2 patch notes for April 25: Developer Comments: We've received feedback that Lifeweaver's control setup leaves a lot to be desired, particularly with controllers. We agree and have updated the default control scheme and added a new hero option for those who prefer the old design.
Additionally, we've added the ability to cancel Petal Platform by pressing the button again, similar to how Tree of Life works, to simplify controls and reduce the number of skill buttons shown. We hope these changes will make playing Lifeweaver more accessible to more players.

Zenyatta, an omnic monk from Nepal, is a damage-focused support hero in Overwatch 2.
