Bye !! 💕 I love ordering through this app because I can order food uninterrupted while ordering in person. However, the app does not speed up the process of obtaining food. You need to set a time when you want your food ready. You hit the submit button, but you still have to check in with a member of the front desk team to let them know you're there.
If you don't, you'll wait a while until a team member asks if it helped. The few times I ordered through the app, the average wait time was over twenty minutes. I recently arrived at a location and waited several minutes at the online check-in panel before being asked if I needed assistance.
Then it took another 25 minutes to get my food, which wasn't a huge order. Customers behind me and those driving through the drive-thru were getting their orders faster than me. When I received my order, it was cold. It could also be a problem with a location already reported.
Another problem I have is that some of the places we visit most often are in unreliable areas for cellphones and this makes the app difficult to use. Other fast food apps I've used place the order automatically in the system without me having to personally log in.
