Carnival Cruises
Holland America offers gift cards from $25 to $2,000 that can be purchased on its website. You can purchase a physical card to send with a personal message, or opt for a digital version that the recipient can open online with personalized audio and photos.

This line offers one or two sales a year with added benefits such as a $100 bonus card on a $1,000 purchase. You can use the cards to pay for cruise reservations, pre-cruise expenses or ship fees that cover special meals, drinks, shore excursions, spa treatments, gratuities and other purchases.
They can also be used to purchase Holland America's "Have It All" package, which includes a beverage package, shore excursion credit, Wi-Fi and restaurant specials. Holland America gift cards are also available at online retailers including Amazon, Target and Walmart in preset sizes. Some banks also offer credit card programs where you can redeem your points for cruise line gift cards.
If you prefer to shop in person, you'll find gift cards at stores like Target, Publix, Kroger, Giant Eagle, and HEB. Gift cards are available in USD only. Gift cards are activated upon receipt and cannot be resold. Additionally, buyers may not purchase more than $10,000 in one day.

Princess Cruises also offers gift cards on its website in denominations ranging from $25 to $2,000. Buyers can personalize the eGift Card line with photos and audio for the recipient. Princess Classic gift cards are delivered by mail, and the line offers free shipping on cards over $100.

Anyone can use the gift card because there is no name on the card. Carnival Cruise Line's online gift cards can be customized from $100 to $1,000. They can be purchased as a physical card that can be mailed, and you can even package and send them in a tin box for an additional $1.99 for up to five cards.
Optionally, you can select an electronic gift card that will be sent to the recipient online. The gift card can be used to book a cruise, pre-purchase shore excursions or spa treatments. You can also use it for beverage and tip packaging. If you wish to use the card as onboard credit, you will need to go to Guest Services or a Sail & Sign kiosk to use the gift card as a shipboard bill payment while on board.

What Can I Do To Prevent This In The Future?
Disney Cruise Line gift cards are sold online at shop.disney.com for a predetermined amount between $25 and $500. You can choose from over 60 physical Disney gift card designs and send them, or you can send a themed electronic gift card. Gift cards are also sold at Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort and Disney retail stores in the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada.
If you buy them personally, you can download them anywhere from $15 to $1000. Cards can be reloaded from $5 to $1000. They can be reloaded anywhere gift cards are sold. This option is not available online. Disney gift cards can be used for cruise purchases, shore excursions, ship merchandise and other onboard expenses.
Cards can also be spent at Disney properties, such as Vero Beach Resort by Disney; on trips or cruises with Disney Adventures; for Disney on Broadway; at retail stores and other Disney properties. You'll also find them in select quantities at retailers like Target, Walmart, and Best Buy.
Norwegian Cruise Line ended its gift card program in 2021, but you can still send gifts to cruise ships in the form of onboard credit or spa credit. Domestic credit is available from $25 to $100. Mandara Spa certificates are available in $25, $50 and $100 denominations.
