Building twenty 20,000 feet. 10 the first floor plan, outlining FAES classrooms, academic vans, a large, sky-lit terrace, new administrative offices, a faculty club/triangle, and graduate students. The FAES Bookstore @ NIH, the most public aspect of the new FAES Academic Center, has housed NIH's medical and scientific works for over 50 years.
Our new location, directly across from Masur Auditorium and FAES Classrooms, is ideally positioned to support the unique book needs of the FAES Graduate School and the NIH Scientific Community. Our new location in the Clinical Center has given us the opportunity to significantly expand our products and services for the benefit of the building's 10 visitors and staff as well as the Clinical Center's patients and families.
Now Offering:
FAES partnered with CAFÉ 10 to run a successful coffee bar and sandwich shop next to the bookstore. We also offer a variety of different types of products, including apparel, gifts, greeting cards, and supplies to further our organization's mission of providing services to the NIH.
Send us the author, title and ISBN numbers of the books you need. We check availability and give you an offer. Once you confirm, we will place the order for you and arrange for pickup or delivery at the store on campus or anywhere in the United States.
The FAES Bookstore @ NIH carries a full selection of excellent products bearing the official NIH logo. We specialize in sophisticated gifts suitable for service anniversaries, thank yous and holiday gifts. If you are a member of the NIH community who has written a book, or if you are part of an author hosting a guest speaker, the FAES Bookstore @ NIH would like to support our "Author Meet and Greet".
Due to government regulations, we are unable to offer book sales off-site, but we have hosted several author and community member gatherings in the bookstore itself. Often these gatherings can be done right before or right after a scheduled lesson. The librarian will have several of the author's titles ready for the event, which can be purchased and then signed by the author.

The R&W Association has a variety of programs that provide opportunities for members to meet people with similar interests, pursue a favorite hobby, participate in athletic events, and enjoy many other social activities.
There are also travel opportunities. In addition, R&W offers a variety of options and resources from four NIH gift shops located both on the NIH campus and at NOAA headquarters. Additional information about these and other R&W programs can be found on the R&W website.
DATS works in partnership with R&W to support many services that improve the lives of NIH employees, patients, and visitors by monitoring and managing the use of contract agreements for R&W stores, fitness centers, and food services.
