The tea is well made, the scones are delicious, the atmosphere is relaxed. There's nothing like a visit to the Secret Garden Tea Room. It's worth the drive even if you're not near Sumner. Built in a beautiful old house style that is not often found in the greater Seattle area, it has a beautiful garden.
The interior is beautiful - like stepping back in time. This work is good. (Don't expect fast food - this is a fun experience, not fast.) The food is fantastic. I have never had a bad experience there, but I have had a good tea or lunch.
The tea selection is good, although I stick to Earl Gray or Russian Caravan. Gift shops are full of wonderful temptations. The best Secret Garden! Private garden in restored Victorian mansion in Sumner. The gift shop is a great place to find something unique for yourself or those on your gift list.

I went many times. I have never tried high tea. I find that I get a lot of food from the lunch menu. The tea list has a wide selection of black, green, rooibos and herbal teas. Tea and lunch are provided in China. The scones with Devonshire cream, lemon curd and homemade jam are wonderful.

Their soup is usually good and the pumpkin, served in the fall, is special. At different times, I tried quiche, salad and sandwiches and I was happy with everything. Environment and food can attract women and generate many customers. Saving is always important. Go to Sumner's, and you'll find a fun and delicious lunch - just like going back in time.
