Never burn a boost - you can use red barrels wherever you need them. At the end of the waterway you will notice a tall gift above two arches with barrels. Make your way to the double barrel and green enemy by the waterfall, shoot him to gain some height, and then burn your two exalted cards to climb the wall.

Be sure to pick up three Stomp cards before jumping. You'll need all three to break the floor and get the gift. It's quite simple. You have to clear the first section of the level, then when you come to a row of blue enemies, shoot them but don't hit them, pick up the cards because you need ammo, but make sure you go.
At least one card in there because you'll need it later. Next, go through the waterway and pick up the Elevate card. Turn around and go back to the blue card you left, you'll need to burn the dash to get back, but that's why we left the card.
