Life Gift Of God - Life is a gift from God regardless of its length. Our earthly life can vary from a few minutes to over 100 years. But no matter how many lifetimes we have in this world, our lives are eternal in the spiritual sense. Life takes on a whole new meaning when we look at eternity.

Life Gift Of God
Our life is a gift from God our Creator; That was his idea. Our God is a divine craftsman who wants each life to be unique. Psalms 139:13 You made all the parts of my body beautiful and placed me in my mother's womb. 14 Thanks for making me wonderfully complex!
Your skill is amazing—I know how well. 15 You saw me when I was made all alone, when I was knit together in the darkness of the mother's womb. 16 You saw me before I was born. Every day of my life is recorded in your book.
Each moment is laid before the end of a single day.[1] Joseph's life was full of twists and turns. He was the son of Jacob and had eleven brothers. These brothers hated him and sold Joseph into slavery in Egypt. By God's miracle he became second in command of Egypt.
The Gift Of Life Is Filled With The Unexpected
Joseph prepared Egypt for famine. God used all the struggles of Joseph's life to save his family. Joseph's brothers came to buy grain and God used that situation to bring reconciliation to the family. The whole family moved to Egypt, where they would grow into a nation.

Joseph did not expect the life God had given him. Genesis 50:22 Joseph and his brothers and their families continued to live in Egypt. Joseph lived to be 110 years old. 23 He lived to see three generations of his son Ephraim's offspring, and he lived to see the children of Machir son of Manasseh, whom he claimed as his own.
2] Even if you don't think you are important to God, you are. Remember that the Lord is thinking of you every second. He knows every thought, every joyful experience and every tear you shed. Additionally, the Lord sent His Son Jesus to die for your sins before you were even born.
Jesus' work on the cross gives us the opportunity to spend eternity with Him when we trust Him as our Savior. The greatest gift we receive is the gift of eternal life. What a great God we have! Father, I know that I have broken your laws and my sins have separated me from you.
The Gift Of Life Is Filled With The Unexpected
Forgive me, now I want to turn to You from my former sinful life. Please forgive me and help me not to sin again. I believe that your son Jesus Christ died for my sins, rose from the dead, is alive and answered my prayer.
I invite Jesus to be the Lord of my life and to rule in my heart from this day forward. Please send your Holy Spirit to help me obey you and do your will for the rest of my life. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.

Today the Lord blessed me by meeting a beautiful woman whose husband had 2 strokes and is on dialysis. We discussed how difficult it is to have no faith. I was overwhelmed and hugged her and prayed for her and her husband's health. Such kindness and devotion to witness is a gift from God to me and I consider her a blessing.
