In addition to our retail space, the local LEX Market is proud to offer dedicated classes to our makers to share their tips and tricks of the trade.

Tuesday - Friday: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Saturday: 10am. – 4 p.m. Sunday and Monday: Close Mulberry & Lime was opened in 2001 by Mary Ginocchio to offer fine furniture and gifts in Lexington, Kentucky. We offer a variety of home furnishings, from rugs to rugs to furniture, and gifts, from soap to handbags to jewelry.
Mulberry & lime offers customers a one-on-one experience to help them create an atmosphere for their home to make every room feel like home. Mulberry & Lime was developed in owner, Mary Ginocchio's childhood home. Built by Matthew Kennedy in the early 1800s, the house has been in the Ginocchio family for five generations.
It was bought by Hannibal Buchignani in the late 1800s to early 1900s, with the intention of using it as a residence, which it was for a short time. It was in 1967 when Martin and Sue, Mary's parents, decided to move into this old mansion and make it their home.

Mary grew up at home with her three siblings before Mary eventually moved in with her two children, Annie and Ben. Mary R. Ginocchio worked in retail for 15 years before opening her own store. After gaining many of her experiences as a manager at Laura Ashley, she was ready to open Mulberry & Lime in 2001. Mary wanted to provide the people of Lexington with simple, timeless treasures to enhance everyday life.
