This year's worker set is 4002021 Ninjago The Temple of Celebrations, a very fitting set as this is the 10th anniversary of LEGO Ninjago and is widely regarded as one of LEGO's most successful homegrown IPs, along with Friends.

This is one of the more limited edition LEGO sets, as they are only given to LEGO employees, business partners, and tend to fetch hundreds of dollars on the secondary market. The front of the box features a stamp design, featuring an illustration of the Temple of Celebration, Santa Garmadon and Ninjago characters making snow angels.
On the back is a photo set – a large snowy Ninjago temple and a few extras like a Christmas tree with a gold ninja star, a mecha and Santa Garmadon's sleigh. The text on the back reads: “What better way to celebrate the first 10 years of LEGO Ninjago than with a unique Temple of Celebrations set that brings together famous characters from the themes in a fun festive LEGO build or you and your family.

I never thought I'd say this, but thank goodness for Garmadon with 2 weapons, so I can use my Santa minifig! I would be happy to work for Lego for free just as a gift to the employees every year. This is great. I would love to get the 2016 50 Years of Trains.
Will this set be available for purchase? It probably sounds like a stupid question. It won't be. LEGO gives them to its employees for free. A different set every year. Wow, this is a beautiful set and a very special gift. Have the instructions for these kits ever become available?
