I had no idea I was getting a hail replacement and I think it was a great thing they did for me and I really appreciate it. I have never had a company treat me so well. Once again, many thanks for your great product.

The pictures of Honeybells on their website show a noticeable, very pronounced navel. The oranges we got more than half looked like normal oranges, without the navel and the navel was small and almost nothing like the pictures. They also tasted like any other orange, not as sweet as we remembered when we visited a few years ago.

You were wrong. The Honeybells I have were so nasty and bitter they were almost inedible. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Don't waste money. To improve, this company needs to test before shipping. I repeat, nasty bitter fruit delivered straight to your door.

One is for me to eat. I tried one and it was very sour. Tried the second one and it's still sour. Now I can't give the other four boxes to my friends. I waited over three weeks and the results were not as good as the random ones.

Some of them were not ripe, others were soft and bruised, and one had a moldy flower. I tried to call the customer care number several times but was unsuccessful and the customer service still did not respond to my email after two weeks.

Someone sent me a gift box with an orange, a small bag of nuts, some cookies and some miniature chocolate eggs.
The orange is very small and rotten. The nuts were of poor quality, tasteless. I haven't tried the other treats and am not sure based on the quality of the fruit and nuts. I feel bad that my friend spent money on this gift. Of course, I would say it was great.

We made 4 orders. He spent a lot of money. We wonder why no one thanked us for the gifts. Finally, my wife asked everyone if they had received the shipment of oranges. They had, without a card showing who it was. The orders show exactly what we wanted in the cards.
No one received the card and everyone was wondering who sent it. christmas gifts GOOD JOB HALE GROVES!!!! Mini Honey Bells look nothing like the photos on the website or in the catalog. They have a sour taste like lemon. I have not been able to reach anyone at Hale Grove through their website, email, phone, Face Book or Twitter.
I would like to return them for a full refund as well as cancel the rest of my order that was not shipped. I would like to avoid a chargeback, but if I cannot resolve this in a timely and appropriate manner. Thanks for the comments.
