Does Winco Sell Gift Cards - OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) - Supermarket chain, WinCo, has announced that it will stop accepting credit cards as a form of payment, effective August 1st. WinCo officials said it was an effort to keep prices low in stores. "Our goal at WinCo is to offer products of the same quality as other stores, but at lower prices. There are various strategies and features that help us achieve this; and eliminating credit card fees is one of them," said WinCo via Facebook post.
