However, I can't talk about security measures either, because I didn't ask. I have celiac but I'm not sensitive so I usually don't ask (even though I should). The gluten free pancakes were the best. Come back here a few times. Just confirm your order.
They have a variety of GF pancake recipes and will change their gloves for you! Note: the frying fat is no longer free. The host/order and the kitchen are very nice. There are also fresh desserts and good coffee. People are very happy to "get" more these days.
We had a very nice experience. Nice old books, funny pictures, antiques and clothes for sale. I would love to use this site before I become a GF. I was really impressed with the reviews and the fact that they have GF pancakes. However, I was very disappointed with the pancakes themselves.
First, it is not a safe place for celiacs. Massive damage. I'm not celiac but I could taste everything they cooked on the same thing before I made my pancakes. I ended up getting sick after eating these. And I appreciate the effort but they don't taste good either.

I don't recommend this place for GF diners, but it's wonderful for those lucky enough to eat what they want! Nice place with nice art and delicious food. The chicken salad was amazing and I could have it on GF toast. The wait staff was very helpful.

We stood in a long line, (then looked at the menu) ordered food. Then we tried to find a table. The first person's dinner plates had to be moved. I found a towel and wiped... the table. The staff will serve you breakfast. You need to bring your coffee.

Well organized & great service! The croissant sandwich was delicious! Good morning. Don't let the line fool you - it goes fast. Avoid sweets, especially cinnamon buns. We will go back when I'm in Anna-Maria again. Lots of goodies in the gift shop to keep you busy.

We love our breakfast here when we live in the area and often make a weekly stop to get a pecan roll or the cinnamon roll for brunch on our menu. It is very comfortable and big enough for two. If you have…a sweet tooth, the crème brûlée French toast is a must.
It's always a plus when a coffee shop gets their Jamaican brew. (The new windows of the coffee shop really brighten up the area!) Great history in the place and a quirky funky atmosphere bordering on kitschy but we like to explore the front of the shops and almost always buy something

Lines are often long, but smooth. It looks like a mash of beach gift shops and Cracker Barrel, but with super fun food. It's a fun little shop with a lot to see. We had a great afternoon! The smoothie, especially! We were too late for their homemade cakes as they said they were sold out by mid-morning.
