This four-pack is marked down to $7.99 on sale, originally $10.99. I buy this same pack regularly at Total Wine for $10.99 so I thought it was Good, that's a good discount and the money I'll save will pay for shipping and still Save a few bucks.
So I ordered. All I got was 8 shorts only! So…I paid $10 a box!! A really big RIP!!! You will see the bourbon on the website and it appears. You won't know it's not available until you order and they take 100% of the money.
If you want to cancel because you have your money and you have nothing! They charge $25.00 to cancel the order!!! This is not correct!! Don't be fooled like me!! I would definitely not recommend Craftshack. Very unusual form. The product listed as available is not available.

I have no problem with the refund. Ordered three weeks ago. The card was charged, but no confirmation, no shipping information, nothing. Send an email and see the promise of 1-2 business days to respond. Six and counting. I tried to call -- got a robo-message telling me to email them.

Waste of time and money. The slowest. I ordered mine for a Christmas gift to a friend on December 9. . It didn't come to fruition until 12/28. Apparently this was for Christmas but the only message I got was thank you for your patience.
If I know you can't fulfill the order on time, I will go somewhere else. Not only that their shipping is extremely expensive and their cancellation policy is terrible. I cannot recommend this business enough. I ordered $150 worth of products from here. First, there is a problem with their email tracking.

Sorry they won't be clear. After I asked CraftShack, they were able to pull the invoice that was sent and the signature they got wasn't mine - it was just a couple of initials, so I couldn't tell who it was supposed to be sent to.
I have a video doorbell to let me know it's not being sent to my house. It was definitely delivered to the wrong address...if it was delivered at all. CraftShack requested an investigation into the GLS issue and after 3 months of waiting they denied my request.

No refunds - no reorders. I'm out $150 and don't know what else to do. I can't believe that both CraftShack and GSL don't have a better system for lost or misdirected packages.
