There are currently 4 Hook Infested perks available in Dead by Daylight. Completing the Infested Hook perk turns some randomly selected Hooks in Ground Trial into Infested Hooks. Infested Hooks apply various negative effects to attached or unhooked Survivors, depending on the Hook Infested perks you have.

Whenever Assassin uses the Infested Hook perk, the game transforms 4 Hooks into Infested Hooks. This amount is fixed and does not stack with other Hook Infested perks. The only exception is the Infested Hook: Monstrous Shrine perk, which transforms the Hooks in the Basement in addition to the usual four Infested Hooks.
