Ok, customer service rejected my order and I can no longer buy gift cards from them. Waste of time! They didn't tell me any reason, but they said they use a third party service. Bought a batch of e-codes for a certain internet music provider and most of them were bad (previously activated or invalid codes).
They were reluctant and slow to refund most of them, but not all of them. Terrible experience and they never seem to take responsibility for it all. It's obviously part of their business model, and it's bad. I have been a customer for one year, I buy over 100 gift cards from them on vacation, I always receive the gift card on time within three business days, I have only received two fake Apple Store gift cards twice, both times they were credited to

my loss immediately. They respond instantly to a web request, I enjoy doing business with them. Here's a great way to save on discounted gift cards. They have great deals that save our family money. Support representatives. very friendly and helpful. They are defiantly on my list of companies that offer discounted gift cards.

Opening an account requires a huge amount of personal information. What they are asking seems to be against the law. The probability of identity fraud is determined. I have purchased a JCPenney gift card twice and both times it was delivered by email right after I placed the order and the value was correct.
Tried to sell to them and was not impressed with the slow payment. Ej gift cards are much better in this regard and accept many more brands, try us. A GREAT start, and then? Not very good. Ordered two high value cards, almost $500 each, then had to fight for over a week to get them to even address the fact that I CANNOT USE THE CARDS because they were reporting a zero balance.

One of their "heroes of happiness" wrote an email on the first day, and after? nothing. I left messages, emailed, threatened to call the credit card company and dispute the charge * which I did. They ended up refunding me almost $1000.00, but they really took their time.
investigation. I could call the company and find out for myself when it was used, where it was used, etc. but they couldn't? All they had to do was keep me posted and I would wait but not say anything, call back, etc.? I would stay away from high value cards.

They claim to "investigate", so in most cases you can't buy them right away. I have a business with a credit score of over 800. I also bought a lot of cards from them so I don't know what they "investigated" in the first place.
