Before you get started with Web API, make sure you've completed the prerequisites. To proceed with Web API, you must have a service account and service account key, and you must provide access to your service account to call the Google Wallet API. Create A Personalized User Experience
Requests to the Google Wallet API must be authenticated so that the API can identify that the request was made by your application. This is accomplished by using the service account key to get an access token.
