If it can store my name and the amount of my annual savings, it could also remember my favorite store and previous purchases. We use this app to save time, to use our free time more effectively, and to help us get some quality time together when we're down.
Recent software updates now require additional time to recreate my shopping list and even have to re-select my preferred store. When searching for groceries or checking e-coupons, after looking at a specific item, it takes you back to the top of that page, not just where you were in the app, meaning you have to spend more time finding it.

We love the giant eagle; however, many competitors now also offer curbside pickup and home delivery options...maybe it's time to consider trying some of them.

Thank you, Giant Eagle. I notice that consistently late at night the app seems to be unresponsive. Because of this, the store lost an order over $50 once. Right now, Tuesday, 10:35 PM ESR, I have the same problem. During the day though, the app is VERY slow to respond.
I find myself adding my item to my get n go order several times because it is so slow. After he finally responds, he has 4-5 of that item! He should be much smarter. Also, I wish I could add special instructions. For example, when I order a 14 inch caprese sandwich, I want it cut into 4 pieces and each piece individually wrapped.
I also want the pesto to spread on the top and bottom halves of the bread, not too much on just 1 side, making that side of the bread soggy. Some people do this but others don't. There is no option for special instructions and there should be.
Also, for that same sandwich, ask if you don't want cheese. The cheese is ALREADY on the sandwich. The question should be do you want MORE cheese. I once said no to the cheese question and they took away the caprese, making it a tomato pesto sandwich!

Having the benefits card here instead of having to carry something else on my key ring is nice, but what would be awesome is the ability to add it as a pass to the iPhone's digital wallet. That way it would just be a double click instead of waiting for the program to load.
Another issue I ran into (and I think this may be a bug) is that scanning and saving QR codes on store price tags only open to the coupon page and not the item/offer itself. Often, the offer isn't even on that page; if it's advertised in the store, it should be there in the app.
I won't be the customer who calls a manager on their payment line to save money every two weeks, but the convenience of the app doesn't seem to work as expected. I hope someone on the development team sees this, as these seem like relatively small changes that would make the app a lot better.
