The final installment in our 2022 Tony Award series comes from Dweezil Zappa. Dweezil's inspirational contributions to the Fractal Sound community are countless. From the tour, to the studio, to "Axe-Fest", "Dweezilla" and beyond, he has used every Fractal Sound product since its inception. He has created free IRs, factory settings, master classes and more.
If the scope of that doesn't make you think too much, Dweezil's gifts embrace the spirit of one of the bravest and most important guitarists of all time: Eddie Van Halen. The "Eruption" spray is heated in a bottle. Who dares to make the Tony Award about such lofty things?
We can't think of anyone better than Dweezil. After all, he took guitar lessons from Eddie himself, but that was the beginning. If you've ever listened to his podcast, "Runnin' with Dweezil" you know that his love for all things EVH is more than most can achieve in a lifetime.

🎁 Dweezil's gift is a Pset+Cab Bundle designed for Axe-Fx III. FM9 and FM3 controls are also available, but some adjustments are required. The normal IR is used to create the raw tone of the amp, but also f0r reverb/color effects. Axe-Fx III version 2 view allows you to use the display pedal (EXT 1) to create the result of the landing of the bar of the ship.
Begin by spinning in the heel down position (0%). Play the last note, then catch it by going forward (50-80%). Turn the volume of your guitar down as it descends, then raise the pedal to 100% (foot down) if you want the last note to fade out completely.
REQUIREMENTS: Axe-Fx III firmware 21 or newer. FM9 firmware 4.0 or newer. FM3 firmware 6.0 or newer. If the current version of your firmware is too old, the setting will be displayed when you load it. To import a Pset+Cab Bundle, use Import Preset at the top of the Edit menu of your product editor.
