Our funds come exclusively from our weekend-only resale shop, Five Back Thrifty Boutique. We settled on the hashtag #GetThrifted. #GetThrifted has become more than a hashtag, it's a mantra, a way to support each other, benefit each other, and turn anger into wealth. We have partnered with many other nonprofits to accomplish our goals over the years.

As of November 2021, we have received IRS approval for our 501c3 status. Transforming disadvantaged and minority urban areas into thriving communities through entrepreneurship, education, employment, financial literacy and business development. By building a network of self-sufficient entrepreneurs, we provide everything needed to start, grow and sustain a business.

In urban communities we recognize that opportunities are often limited based on experience and exposure. Our mission is to include youth, exposure to trade, college and entrepreneurship because everyone plays an important role and needs everyone to thrive in a community. Your support and contribution will enable us to achieve our goals and improve conditions.
