There are no accommodation facilities for the elderly and disabled. Very poor now. The queues on gift-giving days are long and there are no separate lines for the disabled and senior citizens.
Do people with canes and walkers and scooters have to wait in line? This is why Encore is losing money. Heavy doors, no automatic doors, how the elderly and disabled can get around without hurting themselves or dying of exhaustion. Fix this problem. My mother was accommodated because of her limited mobility in Twin Rivers.
There are many options that allow people with disabilities and the elderly to enjoy. When two diners order different dishes and at the same time say: "Very nice but where is the taste?" You know something is wrong. I had an Asian salad, but the salad jar must have decided that half a teaspoon of dressing is enough to satisfy even the most discriminating of patrons.

The service is good, though the servers can actually eat the offerings and give honest criticism to help the chef. The ambiance is nice, the servers are nice, but drink coffee instead of food. Well, I remember. My lunch companion ordered a Bloody Mary with specific instructions: "I like it spicy".
Apart from alcohol, you can put the contents of a baby bottle and feed it to your two-month-old baby. Here he took the Orange Line to Sullivan Avenue and boarded a Silver Line bus 5 minutes away that dropped him off at Encore. Ended up spending a few hours here, which was a bonus.
There was a buffet and for $30 each it was a good 2 hours with endless free soft drinks. To get back to Boston we took a free shuttle which was great and we got to see the city at night like no one else was on it and it was like our own private harbor cruise.

So we live near Encore and are skeptical about it because people near us tell us they don't pay for places that start with Eph. Unreal!!Me and my hobbies had a great weekend, yes, the whole week, there. First, if you're lucky enough to have Dino (Fiorentino) as the host, you're in good shape.
Dino was our host and rolled out the red carpet for us. Yes, you have to play (we play slots) but we are immersed in the whole experience. We originally wanted to come one night, Friday, and got a high floor, harbor view room. The rooms are better than many luxury hotels I have been to.

The bathroom has a private 'grandma', a large tub, TV in the bathroom, large shower and a dream vanity so I can primp before the night! The room is very clean with Alexa and a big TV, and everything in 5he room has high quality electronic controls, from lights to curtains, to privacy.
You don't put anything on the door to be undisturbed... just press the button!And the beds are so comfortable, yes we asked for another night and we stayed until Sunday! We had dinner at Sinatra's and Emily greeted us. The food at Sinatra is great.

We've been to Encore Boston three or four times now, most recently Valentine's Day 2/14/20, attended several shows (Tony Bennett, Wayne Brady) and gambled six or eight times or more.

7th and 8th person on opening day June 2019. We live about 15 miles apart. Here's our take on 1) the rooms, 2) the food, and 3) the gambling since Encore Boston opened. I hope this is useful for you. Rooms: All of our stays at Encore Boston were connected, so I can't speak to the room rates, but the rooms were very upscale/stylish/upscale.
No complaints there. The rooms we stayed in at Encore Boston were almost identical to the high-end rooms at the Wynn in Las Vegas. My wife loves rooms and she is not easily persuaded. No complaints there. Five star accommodation. Food: There are many options.
We've tested a few beyond Dunkin' Donuts. The cafe (Garden Cafe?) is not bad. Good sandwiches, but a bit pricey. We also tried Red8 once and struggled. The wine we ordered was old/sour. It changed but it was not a pleasant experience. The food was good, not so much.
I will never go out to eat there again. The place has excellent Asian cuisine. The buffet, in contrast, is consistent and surprisingly good. I'm not a big "bucket food" guy, but the buffet had a lot of food and good variety. This is the ultimate Las Vegas buffet in Everett.
