All the boxes I bought were filled with leftovers from recent vacations. Be it Christmas, Valentine's Day, Thanksgiving...etc. They were fun when they were a few bucks, but for $10 I look at 80-90% off and pick up a few items we really love instead of a leftover box.

I got some good ones when they were cheap, but mostly they weren't worth it. Once I was filled with Easter grass. After Easter the packages are around 0.10 everywhere. One box was full of cinnamon pine cones. I got a broken one from the clear round Christmas ornaments, the box is all glass.
Advent House had broken 6 doors. I actually went back and asked for my money back. I didn't want to reach into the box. A box full of last year's graduation materials was also a waste. Maybe I was just unlucky. I agree with Beth above - I get some clearance items I know.
