Roses® standards quantity, quality checked, packed and shipped within 24 hours. For Rush Processing to work, your order must be shipped and charged before 1 PM PST (4 PM EST) Monday through Friday. If the above conditions are met and we fail to ship your order within 24 hours, we will refund the Rush Processing fee.
The Express Processing Fee does not affect the actual shipping time in transit. If you need your order urgently, please make sure to choose the correct shipping method as well. Address Change The shipping address can only be changed if the order is not filled.
Once the order has been completed, we advise contacting the carrier to obtain an alternative delivery address.
