Elliott @ Dope Snow I ordered the Blizzard W Full Zip and unfortunately when it arrived the left sleeve was defective so I couldn't wear it.
I contacted the Dope Snow team and they immediately sent me a replacement jacket, all I had to do was send a few photos of the faulty product. Most companies make you wait until they receive the defective item and inspect the defective item before sending you a replacement, but not Dope Snow!
Their customer service was second to none and I received my fully functional (and very stylish) ski jack before the dope got the old ski jack on the back. Thank you Dope Snow for your great products and 10/10 customer service! Hi Bex, thank you so much for your wonderful review!

I hated the design of the jacket (annoying to put on and take off), it got cold too quickly and got completely wet on a snowy day. I do not recommend this jacket. Hello Daniel! Would you like to share the details with us so we can contact you? Elliott @ Dope Snow ordered men's ski pants in size M after using the size guide. I also ordered them because they looked so slim. They are quite large. The bottom of the pants can cover 2 pairs of boots.

They are also in Sweden which is not clear so if you order from the UK it will have to be shipped overseas. I am sending my order back immediately, not really happy. Even though we are based in Sweden, our returns and standard shipping are free and always will be! If you need more help with sizing, you can always contact us and our team will be happy to provide you with a more detailed sizing guide for each product.
The size guide is bad. 2 sizes too small Poor customer service, I was told I had to buy new pants and could not accept a return or exchange. OK -- so I'm asking for at least a small discount on a new purchase... because I can't return the wrong size pan... and they say that's impossible and I have to pay full price again.
Shocks! I really like Pance, I really do, but I just felt tired and they were not empathetic to a bad experience a new customer had. Update: Scott took charge and was able to give me a full refund/return packing slip and also gave me fast, free shipping if I ordered a replacement.

But they showed me the other clothes they had and I just love what I ordered, they even called me Rand. They were good and I still talk to them. But after all this is probably the nicest and nicest company I've ever seen and talked to.
