We've been hard at work squashing some pesky bugs for you. Do you love Depop? Don't forget to leave us a review I've been selling with Depop for about 6 years and never had a problem with the app until recently. My PayPal has been disconnected from my Depop account, so I can no longer make purchases or sales.

I tried several times to reconnect the accounts, but in the end I couldn't. At least from my side. That forced me to use other means of payment. I've only made two transactions with other Depop accounts (which also had the same PayPal issue). Less than a few weeks later, Depop suspends my account indefinitely.
The emails I received explained that I had been sent many warnings that they had not sent and when I tried to explain this they got defensive and said their decision would not be changed. This has happened to many Depop stores. I read under one of the posts on their Depop twitter page that a girl's store was suspended for bullying when one of her shoppers called her a racist slur.
She provided screenshots as proof and they never refunded her account. Depop should open payment options and allow users to challenge suspensions if the seller has proof and Depop should RESPECT that. PayPal is a very buggy site and doesn't work for everyone. Instead of punishing honest and true shops, they should focus on advocating for better means of dealing, policies and customer service.

Team Depop So far I like this app to get some bucks in my pocket. I think it's a great app and has a lot more potential. I used to use another buy and sell app (not mentioning the name because I don't want to be here promoting another app) but that other app made me a lot of money simply because that app made it easy to find users
my notes I think Depop needs to make a few improvements when it comes to listings. 1. Create a new feature where we can actually share our posts, so I get views and won't be forgotten in our feed. By being able to share new posts, lists become visible to others as they will go into the feed.
The more we share, the more posts are viewed. So for example, we, we have a website and every time our friends share a list of their own products or other items of their friends, it goes into the "home" of our feed and walaaah.

We can see new products and have a lot more potential sales. It would also be great to have a 'favorite' option to add our favorite users, as that way we can always easily go back to their feed and see if they've posted anything new.
What You Need To Know Before Selling On Depop
I have a lot more feedback. I hope they are taken into consideration as I think it would be great for the app to make the listings more visible. There's a lot I like about this app. The shipping process is very simple. Leaving buyer and seller reviews is very easy.
Depop's earning percentage is low, so you get a bigger portion of what you sell compared to similar apps. If you are looking for unique items, this is the app for you. Unique items are everywhere, and not everything has to be branded. I always find beautiful things that are stylish and not a name.
The focus should be on aesthetics and how you style the item. My absolute favorite part is expressing creativity. Depop is a place where you can bring your creative vision for your store to life. Everyone puts a lot of thought into bringing their vision to life.
Each store has its own vibe, and I think that's pretty cool. My only complaint is that it is very difficult to get hold of someone on Depop. If you ever have an urgent problem, the process is really annoying and time consuming. Returns and exchanges should be easier.
