With clothing, toys, commemorative pins and more, there's something for everyone. The DEA Museum is located at 700 Army Navy Drive in Arlington, Virginia, directly across from the Pentagon City Mall and at the corner of Army Navy Drive and Hayes Street. The Museum is surrounded by restaurants and shops that add local flavor and entertainment to your visit.

The Museum is also easily accessible from the Pentagon City subway station, one block south of the Museum on Hayes Street. Street parking in the area is limited, but paid parking is available at the Pentagon City Parking Garage. From Washington, DC: Take I-395 South, cross the 14th Street Bridge to Exit 9B for Route 1 South, Pentagon City.

Take Route 1 South one exit to the 15th Street exit. Turn right on 15th Street and go three blocks to Hayes Street. Turn right on Hayes Street and go two blocks. The DEA Museum is on the right. From Virginia: From I-495, take I-395 North to Exit 8C for Route 1 South, Pentagon City.

Events And Programs

Follow the exit ramp to the intersection of Hayes Street and Army Navy Drive. The DEA Museum is located on the corner of Army Navy Drive and Hayes Street on the left. From Northern and Western Maryland: Take I-495 South and cross the American Legion Bridge.

Exit at George Washington Parkway South. Follow GW Parkway to I-395, Richmond exit. Move immediately into the far left lane to Route 1 South Exit 9B, Pentagon City. Take Route 1 South to the 15th Street exit, turn right on 15th Street and go three blocks to Hayes Street.

Turn right on Hayes Street and go two blocks. The DEA Museum is on the right. From Eastern and Southern Maryland: Take I-495 over the Wilson Bridge to Exit 1 for Route 1 North. Take Route 1 North through Old Alexandria and Crystal City to the 15th Street and Pentagon City exit.

Turn left on 15th Street and go three blocks to Hayes Street. Turn right on Hayes Street and go two blocks. The DEA Museum is on the right. Buses and vans: Buses and large vans can drop off in front of the DEA Museum entrance on Hayes Street before parking.

Holiday 2021 Closures

Bus parking is available in front of the Pentagon City Mall Fashion Center. Vans can use the Pentagon City Mall parking lot with entrances at Army Navy Drive and 15th Street. The DEA Museum offers tours, activities and engaging programs for school and community groups.

Its all-new, innovative learning environment includes interactive elements, artifacts and displays that engage each guest in the science and history of drug abuse prevention. Engaging educational programs and hands-on activities also inspire visitors to become agents of change in their communities. This month's featured artifact is a Basic Agent Training Guide, or BAT.
